I’m with you…Ice cream is my go to when all else fails….there is nothing like the routine of spooning it into the bowl…I found using a smaller bowl I can sometimes get away with not eating as much (sometimes)..and I love when it just starts to melt so it’s pooling in the bottom of the bowl…dam..ice cream for breakfast anyone!?!?!?!?!?
